FAA EXTENDS COMMENT PERIOD FOR NON-CITIZEN TRUSTS
Today, the FAA extended the comment period on its proposed policy regarding the registration of aircraft to U.S. citizen trustees in situations involving non-citizen trustors and beneficiaries.
Incident to the June 6, 2012 public meeting held in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the comment period was extended to August 17, 2012. For help in preparation or submission of comments or if you have any questions regarding non-citizen trusts, please contact our office.
