
Thomas J. Bradley is a Partner at McBreen & Kopko and serves as the Managing Partner of the firm’s Philadelphia Office. Since 1984 he has practiced in the civil litigation area in Federal and State courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Bradley served as a prosecutor in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army from 1980 to 1983.
Mr. Bradley represents both domestic and international clients in a broad range of litigation matters with a particular emphasis on defense of products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and employment cases. He is an experienced trial attorney, having tried numerous cases to verdict in both federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also serves as regional counsel to a major manufacturer of household appliances.
Mr. Bradley earned a B.A. from St. Joseph’s College in 1976 and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1980.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Bradley serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He has published several medical/legal articles and has lectured to physician groups on medical/legal topics. He also has received an AV Peer Review Rating from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Bradley is licensed to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
