Hugh G. McBreen is a Partner specializing in trial and appellate litigation in Chicago. Admitted to practice in Illinois, before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of that state and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Mr. McBreen is an active member of both the Illinois and American Bar Associations.
A member of the American Bar Association’s Aviation Litigation section, he has handled all passenger claims against three airlines and prosecuted the FAA to recover losses arising from two of these air disasters.
A 1977 cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College, Mr. McBreen received a J.D. in 1980 from the University of Notre Dame.
