Regina Vakser

Regina Vakser is an Associate of McBreen & Kopko and has been with the firm since 1998.

Ms. Vakser's primary areas of practice are international commercial law (with the focus on representing individuals and entities from the former Eastern Bloc in the U.S.) and commercial litigation. Ms. Vakser's other areas of practice include contract law, commercial and residential real estate, matrimonial law and tort litigation.

Ms. Vakser obtained her law degree from the Moscow State Law Academy, and earned an L.L.M. degree from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College. Ms. Vakser is licensed to practice in New York state and federal courts and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

A native Russian, Ms. Vakser is active in the New York Russian business community and the Moscow legal community.
