
Norman N. Bluth
Norman N. Bluth is a Partner of McBreen & Kopko and has practiced privately, as in-house counsel for Trans World Airlines, Inc., and for an international financial advisory firm specializing in the acquisition and restructuring of companies worldwide. Mr. Bluth’s primary area of practice is in the aviation and travel industries. He represents airlines, aviation services companies, corporate/business aviation companies, online travel agencies, tour operators, freight forwarders and airport lessors, among others.
Mr. Bluth also represents domestic and international corporate clients on a broad range of business matters, including the formation, dissolution, merger, acquisition and sale of business entities, acquisition, sale and lease of business assets, commercial transactions, commercial litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Bluth earned his B.A. from Hamilton College and J.D. from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College. He is licensed to practice in New York and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Wings Club of New York. Mr. Bluth is also active in several charities, including the JFK Airport Rotary Club, where he serves as an officer.
