James R. Stern

James R. Stern concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, securities and commodities, corporate law and general litigation as a Partner in the firm’s Chicago office.

A 1978 graduate, with high honors and high distinction, from the University of Michigan, Mr. Stern received his J.D. from the University of California’s Boalt Hall School of Law in 1981, the same year he was admitted to the Illinois Bar.

Also a qualified Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Stern is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Stern is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
